It’s been a long time coming! Blanco Cocina + Cantina has arrived at 1301 Orange Avenue, raising the bar on Coronado’s culinary scene. The former Bistro d’Asia location features a laid-back party atmosphere, perfect for sipping the day away serves craveable dishes like Cheese Crisps (aka Mexican Pizza) and the Chimichanga – a Sonoran regional staple. At the newly-designed bar there’s house made margaritas, squeezed fresh all day long, like the Jalapeño & Pineapple Margarita with chile verde liqueur & habanero bitters or a Frozen Paloma with blood orange, grapefruit, and blanco tequila. Blanco will feature indoor and outdoor seating…and the people-watching should be awesome!
